We work with a curated selection of premium vendors, but we know these choices are personal. We usually propose a few options based on availability, and any vendor can be changed or upgraded.

Who plans it
You won't be handed between departments. One planner owns your elopement from the first call to the last toast, and the other two are there behind her the whole way.

Lara plans elopements across many of our destinations. She has always been fascinated by love and the beauty of life celebrations, and she brings a blend of simplicity, elegance and versatility to every day she builds, with the kind of attention to detail that means nothing gets missed.

Common questions
For the designed experiences the venue is chosen by us, so we can guarantee the setting, the exclusivity and the quality of the day. If you want to pick the venue yourself, choose a custom-made package instead: the day is built around your choice.
The base price covers everything listed above. Videography, live music, enhanced florals and premium vendors are available as extra services. Flights and accommodation are not included.
If a world event prevents you from reaching your destination, such as an armed conflict, a government travel advisory, or a major disruption to commercial flights, we will help you reschedule your elopement to a new date. We will not charge our usual date change administration fee in these circumstances.
Vendor payments already made are subject to each vendor’s own policy, and we will do everything we can to protect your investment on that side. The sooner you let us know, the more we can do.

A stay in the Presidential Suite at the hotel is required to host your ceremony here. We help you coordinate the booking, and your stay is priced separately, based on your dates and length of stay.
Yes. We work with a curated selection of local and international vendors whose style and reliability match this experience. During planning we share our recommendations (photographers, hair and makeup artists, celebrants), and you choose. Upgrades from our extended list are available at extra cost.
