If the world gets in the way, we will help you move your date.

We work in some of the most beautiful and sought-after destinations in Europe. We also know that the world feels less predictable than it used to, and that some couples are hesitant to commit to a destination when things feel uncertain.

So here is our commitment: if something genuinely beyond your control prevents you from traveling to your planned destination, we will work with you to find a new date and we will not charge our date change fee in these circumstances.

What this covers

This applies when travel to your destination becomes impossible due to circumstances outside your control, including:

• An active armed conflict or government-issued travel advisory affecting the destination country

• A formal government prohibition on travel to the destination

• A sustained grounding or cancellation of commercial airline routes preventing travel

What happens in practice

You contact us as soon as you become aware of the situation. The sooner we know, the more we can do. We will work with you to identify a new date within one year of your original date.

We will not charge our date change administration fee.

If deposits have already been paid to vendors at the time of the request, further charges may apply depending on each vendor’s individual refund and rescheduling policy. We will contact every vendor on your behalf, do everything we can to protect what has already been committed, and keep you informed of every outcome in writing.

What this does not cover

This applies to world events, not personal circumstances. Changes requested for personal, financial, relationship, or health reasons remain subject to our standard date change terms, including the administration fee.
