Covered locations are only available if planned in advance, which is why we usually recommend choosing a Plan B during the planning phase. Vendors remain flexible, and we guide you through practical, weather‑smart choices to ensure the day flows smoothly.

A dedicated on-the-day coordinator accompanies you from start to finish. Your photographer, celebrant, and any additional vendors join based on your chosen services.

Your gallery is delivered within 6 months, and often earlier. Photos usually arrive in 2–3 months and videos in 4–6 months. Express delivery may be available depending on the vendor.

The Custom-Made Package includes a symbolic ceremony, 4 hours of photography, bouquet and boutonnière, personalized itinerary and timeline design, vendor coordination, and full on-the-day support. You also receive unlimited communication throughout the planning process.

Yes, micro weddings are welcome. We help you choose locations and a flow that work well with a small group. A guest coordination fee applies due to additional logistics.

If a world event prevents you from reaching your destination, such as an armed conflict, a government travel advisory, or a major disruption to commercial flights, we will help you reschedule your elopement to a new date. We will not charge our usual date change administration fee in these circumstances.

Vendor payments already made are subject to each vendor’s own policy, and we will do everything we can to protect your investment on that side. The sooner you let us know, the more we can do.
