Most elopements include a ceremony near the coast or at a scenic viewpoint, followed by photos across one or two nearby locations. The day is planned around light and privacy. Your final timeline is shared once logistics are confirmed.

Private transportation is the easiest way to move between locations. Some spots require short walks. We design the itinerary to keep travel simple.

After booking, we help you select locations, vendors, and define the structure of your day. As the date approaches, your coordinator finalizes logistics and prepares the detailed schedule.

We adjust the timeline to minimize disruption. Covered options must be planned in advance, so choosing a Plan B is recommended. Vendors remain flexible, and we guide you through weather-smart decisions.

The Custom-Made Package includes a symbolic ceremony, 4 hours of photography, bouquet and boutonnière, itinerary and timeline design, vendor coordination, and on-the-day support.

Yes, micro weddings are welcome. A guest coordination fee applies.

Yes. Ibiza offers private villas, terraces, and secluded spaces suitable for intimate elopement ceremonies. We guide you through the options.

If a world event prevents you from reaching your destination, such as an armed conflict, a government travel advisory, or a major disruption to commercial flights, we will help you reschedule your elopement to a new date. We will not charge our usual date change administration fee in these circumstances.

Vendor payments already made are subject to each vendor’s own policy, and we will do everything we can to protect your investment on that side. The sooner you let us know, the more we can do.
