These fees cover the logistics, management, and coordination of guests on the elopement day.
Applies only when the ceremony takes place in a private venue, and covers communication, coordination, contract discussions and any requirements the venue has. It is separate from the venue’s own rental cost.
Covers parking, fuel and tolls for the vendors on your day. We work with local vendors and never fly anyone in, so there is no accommodation or flight cost. Particularly secluded locations can cost more.
Arranging an elopement at short notice means securing vendors quickly and reorganising logistics, so a fee may apply.
