Covered options may not be available unless selected in advance, so we recommend choosing a Plan B with shelter during the planning stage. Vendors stay flexible, and we guide you in making weather-smart decisions to ensure everything runs smoothly.

You will have a dedicated on-the-day coordinator managing timing and logistics from start to finish. Your photographer, celebrant, and any additional vendors you selected join according to your chosen services.

Yes. The region offers cliff-top terraces, boutique hotels, and ocean-view spaces suitable for intimate ceremonies. We help you evaluate which venues fit your style, accessibility requirements, and overall vision.

If a world event prevents you from reaching your destination, such as an armed conflict, a government travel advisory, or a major disruption to commercial flights, we will help you reschedule your elopement to a new date. We will not charge our usual date change administration fee in these circumstances.

Vendor payments already made are subject to each vendor’s own policy, and we will do everything we can to protect your investment on that side. The sooner you let us know, the more we can do.
