The Guest management fees are as follows:
1 to 5 guests: €700 total
6 to 10 guests: €1500 total
These fees cover the logistics, management, and coordination of guests on the elopement day.

The Private Venue Management Fee: €500
This fee applies when the elopement ceremony takes place in a private venue and covers the management and communication with the venue.
If a private venue is involved, our team will take care of all logistics on your behalf — including communication, coordination, contract discussions, and any specific requirements the venue may have.
If no private venue is used, this fee does not apply.
Please note that this fee is separate from the venue’s rental cost.

Travel Costs: €200–€300 (TBD)
The exact amount depends on the number of vendors, the location, and the travel distance. Please note that for particularly secluded destinations, travel costs may be higher.
This fee is a ballpark estimate to cover the expenses vendors incur to reach your elopement location and move around throughout the day. It typically includes costs such as parking, gasoline, and tolls.
Because we work with local vendors, travel fees remain reasonable — we do not fly vendors from abroad, so there are no additional expenses for accommodation or flights. This fee covers the travel expenses of all vendors involved in your elopement day.

Last-Minute Booking Fee
Please note that we may charge an additional fee for last-minute bookings. The amount depends on the season, the popularity of the destination, and the availability of vendors.
This fee is applied because arranging an elopement on short notice requires significantly more coordination. Our team often needs to secure vendors quickly, adjust schedules, and reorganize logistics to make the day possible. Despite the time pressure, we always do our best to maintain the quality and care that define our services.

VAT for European Residents
If the client is a resident of Europe, VAT will be added on top of the listed price, in accordance with EU tax regulations.
